Project Background
The system helps the internal members of the bank to improve the efficiency and creativity of team cooperation. To carry out collaborative work in the form of collaboration, you can establish a fixed group of departments and temporary project groups. It can efficiently handle work items involved in attendance management, document management, etc., and facilitate employees in the line to efficiently handle work items.

System Function
Personnel management: collect the data and information of the in-line and outsourced personnel, and establish personnel types to facilitate the query of different types of personnel and basic information.
Human resources statistics: the combination of various statistical charts and personnel data is used to classify in-line and outsourced personnel, so as to more intuitively see the monthly, weekly and daily personnel flow trend.
Outsourcing management: statistical manpower outsourcing, project outsourcing, outsourcing company, outsourcing contract, outsourcing demand, outsourcing system module.
Announcement Management: integrates the published announcements into an announcement list and an approval list.
Outsourcing assessment: the assessment of outsourced personnel by the staff in the line, through scoring from different aspects, such as job saturation, code quality, work attitude, etc., after scoring through the audit effective.
