Project Objectives The project aims to leverage the group’s dual strengths in insurance and Internet, uphold differentiated positioning and distinctive operations. By harnessing the big data platform’s data processing power and SailSoft Reports’ multi-dimensional analytics, it endeavors to establish a comprehensive data operation and analytics platform for the end-to-end industry chain—from management and operations to sales, customer service, and after-sales support.

Project Construction Construction Period: January 2020 to March 2023, executed in phased iterative rollouts.

Project Resources: 34 dedicated resources from Hank Times: 1 architect, 5 big data engineers, 13 BI developers, 9 BW experts, and 6 ETL specialists.
